Tina rejoined CVI as our Operations and Finance Director in March 2026 after a 4-year absence. During her absence, Tina worked as the CFO for a small Community Action Agency. Tina brings back past experience combined with four years of new skills. In her current role, she oversees the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, keeps the financial records accurate and organized, acts as the Human Resources Manager, and administers the Bay Restoration Fund for 6 counties in Maryland.

Tina has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairmont State University. She is grateful for the opportunity to return to CVI to use her experience at an organization that makes a lasting impact on the environment and to have the ability to collaborate with other organizations and federal agencies with similar conservation goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children.
