Landon Bragg was born and raised in Bristol, Virginia, and has always enjoyed spending time outdoors. His interest in wildlife began through exploring, hunting, and fishing, eventually leading him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of Montana. After serving in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft mechanic, Landon began a career in natural resource conservation, working across the western United States with various state agencies and university research programs.

Landon enjoys the hands-on nature of conservation work and the opportunity to spend time in the field. His experience includes field research with white-tailed deer, mule deer, elk, moose, bighorn sheep, and various fish species. After several years in the West, he returned home to Southwest Virginia and joined CVI as a Habitat Restoration Specialist, where he enjoys working closely with landowners to improve habitat and create better conditions for wildlife.

Outside of work, Landon enjoys hunting, fly fishing, kayaking, hiking, and finding any excuse to spend time outdoors.
