2009 Mid-Atlantic Stream Restoration Conference Past Events

The Mid-Atlantic Highlands are the birthplace of nine nationally significant
rivers, including the Potomac, the Tennessee, and the Ohio.

 

The fourth Mid-Atlantic Stream Restoration Conference took place on November 3–5, 2009 at the Waterfront Place Hotel in Morgantown, West Virginia.

The theme of the conference wasThe Benefits of Stream Restoration. Conference presentations highlighted scientific research, case studies, engineering techniques, monitoring methods, costs/benefits, regulation and policy, and meeting project goals/objectives.
